Hi,

When I dock the laptop into the Ultraslim 2013 dock the USB ports don't work.  Monitor and Nic do.  From power on, the mouse light comes on briefly but goes off again as the OS starts to boot.  The mouse works on another laptop or when plugged into the USB port of this laptop itself.

Have you tried to udpate the USB 3.0 Drivers of your Notebook?

USB 3.0 Driver: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65246.exe

 

Or perhaps tried the Docking sattion on another notebook.

 

Does another docking station work fine on your notebook?
