Has anyone been able to download this user guide? When I try, I get a message that there is no such address.

I am very anxious to download a guide. Zabeth88

What is its MODEL actually, I can't find KBI. Is it the following one ?

Thank you, Banhein, for responding. I did open the link you sent and that helped a little. The model number is KBI (not including the Chinese symbols!). I have talked with a customer rep and she couldn't help me. All she could suggest was the quick guide which does not tell what all the function keys do. Guess I will have to go with trial and error. Zabeth88

 

PS: This is the second wireless keyboard I've tried in three months. I'm a fast touch typist and these keyboards are driving me nuts!
