warranty issue on hp spectre

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i brought a hp spectre last september but it say the warranty expired june 2016 i have tried to run the warranty checker its it say the serial not valid

 

 

how do i query with hp as cant find a number or email to send to

 

im based in the united kingdom
