i have compaq presario cq61-280ej  with 4 gb ran and 250 gb  hard disk and 2.1 gh core 2 dou  with invidia 512 mb graphic card

 tell me what is the best windows for my laptop ???

i use now win7 64 bit but i feel that it is slower than 32 bit in startup

 

pls tell me what to do ?

Windows 7 64-bit Operating System would be more optimal for your system to utilize the complete 4GB RAM.

but ... i asked afriend he told me that core 2 due is not physical cores and somethinf like that ... etc.  that the 64 bit makes the pc slower than 32 bit

 

i dunno ... i found it slower when i strat up the pc and the 32 bit told me that i have 4 gb ram ( 2.97 used) ??!!! why ????

Your system is bundled with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6500. This processor comes with a 64-bit instruction set and 2 cores. Refer the following weblink:

The startup might be slow depending on the programs load in the startup time. It is not dependent on 64-bit and 32-bit for your system.

Some part of the system memory is used by graphics chipset. Refer the following weblink for specifications of your system:
