why is my order still processing HP Envy

I put my order in for a new laptop at 1am Friday morning, I added the two business day shipping for $20 to my order. It is tuesday and when i look up my order status it's still processing. I don't understand. I'm not sure of all the order status levels but i assumed by today it would at least have been processed. :catsad:

Yeah me too, I ordered mine on the 11th and it still says processing. My estimate ship date was today the 16th

So far pretty impressed with hp customer service. So many people only post when negative stuff happens. I had two people from hp contact me immediately to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Karol and Jeff

So what did they have to say? I placed an order for a laptop on the 18th and my status still says proccesssing as of 10/27/14.

You should see a order status today or tomorrow. That's what mine did. It seems hp order status is a little slow. Went from processing order to shipped. Shipping was extremely fast. Give them a call though to make sure.

This happened to me before when i ordered HP envy 17

It took 1 week to process....and finally it declined my credit card for unknown reasons!!!!!!!! HP online store is realllllyyy bad and disappointing....

Furthermore,

On 17th April 2015 i ordered Hp envy slim 15t slim quad and my order is still processing......i am just hoping that this time they dont reject my credit card...if they do so....then i will go for DELL laptops ultra 4k screen with same price of envy15t

So, how long did it take? My order is still processing too...since last week. I'm just thinking of just going to BestBuy and picking one up from there. But I bought this thing on a student deal and I don't want to give it up yet. Someone?
