Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not been able to find a solution for my issue.  Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place.  

 

Currently I am using a Synaptics V6.5.  My scroll will not work on any program or application pertaining to Windows 10.  It does work on other applications.  

 

Is there a solution for my problem?  If so can you direct me on where to go or advise me on what my next step should be.

I am facing the same issue on my HP Pavilion 15-p045tx. I contacted HP support..they have only one answer to this problem "downgrade to windows 8.1"

Windows update found the newer Synaptics driver for me, you need a synaptics driver version 18 or higher for it to work properly.

 

I did not find one on your drivers page.

You can try this one, its for a different model and may not install. There is not one for your specific model yet.

Synaptics SMBus Driver 19.0.12.95 

 

Synaptics Touchpad Driver 13.2.4.12
