I need to reinstall the windows 7, which are my software recovery options

Where are you located (country)? Did you make an HP recovery disk when you first got the laptop or anytime after?

I am in Bolivia and NO I did not; I change the windows, and i what to return to the original manufactured

So it had Windows 10 on it? Yes, the wipes out the old restore partition function and now you are going to have to get hold of a Windows 7 OEM disk. Or an HP recovery disk. Or just somehow make Windows 10 work.

Well rigth now it has a windows 7 ultimate in another language, but does not work like the old original manufactured one, so I want toreturn it to manufactured values so it cant have the manufactured windows
