HP Recommended

Hi

 

I'm trying to create a backup on my HP 250 G5 notebook, but it gets stuck at 97%.  I've searched forums everywhere and can't find the answer!

 

Tried to speak to someone on 'HP online chat' but it didn't recognise my serial number, which is annoying because I have 9 months warranty left on my laptop.

 

Please help!
