Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi experts, i loose the original windows key to make recovery, my laptop  is formatted by NON-expert, for now is running with instable craked windows and i want to reinstall the original windows but i loose all possibilities to find the key,

If COA sticker is lost then I've no idea if anything else other than HP Recovery media would work.

Your laptop came with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)

thank you very much, but i always need the original windows key, i thinked may be it was possible to get from HP the original key by giving serial num of the dv6, thank you Visruth, i'll try your solution, and if any thing work for me i'll be back

Sure, you're welcome.

If HP stocks HP recovery discs for your specific model then there is hope, which would not be the case in this is model.

Other than that I don't think there is anything HP too can do.
