Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My windows 10 wont update, the service is disabled and i cant start it. I tried using Safe-mode to turn the serivce on and i get an error "Access denied" i used Msconfig, to set boot to normal and its still off.

I tried using Scripts, tweaking.com tools and nothing seems to work.

The computer runs fine i just cant get any updates for windows. I honestly have tried everything i could find, powershell, CMD,msconfig, windows troubleshooter nothing works.
