i have hp probook 445G1...
earlier ubuntu 12.04LTS was installed in it.....then i flashed it to windows 7 32 bit...i have download my drivers from

but the wireless driver is not working ... i tried many drivers but the result is the same
hardware ids:
PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3290&SUBSYS_18EC103C&REV_00
i also check the adapter settings but there is cross below the network icon of wfi adapter
i also diagnose the problem it says that "wireless capability is turned off"
please help!!!

have you tried the HP Wireless assistant?

Is this the one you are installing? This driver matches the hardware PCI\VEN string that you provided.
Have you pressed the wireless button on the notebook to enable it?

Do you have a wireless router?
Have you tried using your notebook to attempt to connect in a place like a cffee shop with a wireless hotspot?
What you have shown in the image is that it is not connected to a wireless router or hotspot, not that it is disabled.
Have you gone into the network and sharing center and used Windows diagnosis capability for the connection that you wish to make?

Hi sachin100,
Please unplug the Ethernet cable. The wireless card should then begin to function properly.
Once you use one type of connection the other occurs as "Not connected".

Is the wireless led on the keyboard amber or white?
