won't install downloaded games

when I try to download games horror ones on my hp 655 laptop 19" it gives error or says something like unable to install when all I want to do is install, download 3 games called five nights at freddy's 1,2,3 if can help that would be aprisheated

Make sure you are logged in as administrator. 

Then click on start -control panel - Users - Click on "Change user account control settings" and scroll the bar all the way to the bottom to never notify. Then click ok and restart the unit.

Then try to download and install the  game and check for the result.
