It have an Operating System, but when I try to check the hard drive; I receive the message error that explained above.

Memory Quick Check :  Failed

HP Zbook 15 G2

 

No matter what memory I install or either DIMM slot, I get this error message. Does the motherboard need to be replaced? It's a brand new laptop.

 

* Update - This model also has memory slots under the keyboard...faceplam... It was a bad stick of RAM in one of those slots instead of the easy access ones on the bottom of the laptop.
