OK. i got it. it is simple...but F12 will not work. only HP usb to network adapter works.
1. get that HP usb to network adapter mentioned in my earlier post. (other ones i have do not work!)
2. connect HP adapter with network cable and connect it to the usb port of the device.
3. boot the device while keep pressing F9 to get into Boot Options (F12 will not work!!!)
4. now you will see the network adapter with 2 options (ip4 and ip 6) in the boot options menu.
5. Choose ip4 and stay watching.
6. press Enter for network boot service.
Done. Well, if you configured and updated SCCM correctly.
