Hi, just wanted to confirm if Polycom Soundstation Duo has a builtin microphone as we need to talk into your mobile phone's speaker when we connect it to the  Polycom device? Also, we tried setting up a Skype call by connecting our laptop to the device via a computer calling cable. With this setup the microphone wasn't working too. Is there even a microphone in the device? Thanks.

Hi there...

sure, there a microphones in the device.

Be sure to use the correct cables to connect the SST2Duo to a mobile phone or a computer.

Also check the config on your software to set the correct inputs and outputs for microphone and loudspeaker.
