My polycom sound station 2 has been having some issues. Our recipients on the other end of the line complain about echoing in the background. I have moved the polycom to another location in the office (different line) making a call and the end user still can hear echo's in the background. thank you

Try going into the Menu Select Admin Setup, then select Diagnostics, and then select Restore Defaults. You will get softkeys on the bottom of the LED to rest or cancel. Go ahead and do the reset and see if you have the same issue.
