Hello !

 

I try to upgrade and I get an error during the process: "ERROR:Soundstation 2W detection failed"

 

After that nothing happen.

 

After 2 hours of inactivity , I have powered OFF the device by removing the battery (I know I shouldn't do it but...) and when I restart it I have the message "USB download ready".

I try to restart the procedure but it's the same problem.

 

What can I do ??

You should contact your local support and see if there is anything they can do for you.

I'm a radio-technician.

 

Is there something I can do inside the device, directly on the motherbaord ? (hard reset, etc.)

 

The device isn't on warranty anymore.
