Is there is a limit on the number of Poly devices whose key attributes can be monitored simultaneously using Device Stream - Near Real-Time Monitoring? API: https://api.lens.poly.com/docs/graphql/Use%20Cases%20&%20Supported%20APIs/near-realtime-monitoring

Hello @Sonal_3, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly device.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

At this time, HP/Poly does not publicly document a specific maximum number of devices that can be monitored simultaneously through the Poly Lens Device Stream API (Near Real-Time Monitoring).

The practical limit is typically determined by factors such as:

  • API rate limits and subscription limits associated with your Poly Lens tenant.
  • The volume of device telemetry being streamed.
  • The capacity of the application consuming and processing the data stream.

For environment-specific limits and scalability guidance, I recommend contacting the Poly Lens API Support team or opening a support case with HP Poly Support. They can provide the most accurate information based on your tenant configuration and deployment size.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
