How To- Poly ZTP portal- apply provisioning server for Poly ATA 402

Good morning,

I am trying to apply a provisioning URL to many Poly ATA402 via Poly ZTP to avoind having to do this one by one on every device via individial browser sessions.

I have created a profile with the corresponding  and added the URL of the Cloud PBX manufacturer (RingCentral) , default Un and PW of the device.

Afterwards I have claimed a test device in device section and applied the created profile.

Lastly I have powerd the ATA 402 but it does not reach out to the provisioning server of RingCentral applied to this device set in profile settings and device stats remain stating that no initial provsisiong has been detected.

Any idea what I most probably did wrong? Thanks in advance
