Hi
I have an issue importing a csv file for new devices with required device group.
File contains mac_address, serial_number, device_model, device_group, device_name
All fields are imported with exception of device groups. File import says successful but checking Inventory and the individual device the device group membership is empty. Can add manually but not by csv import.
Is this a known issue? It was working until a couple of days ago.

I think the problem is the Device Group name column is wrong.
According to https://info.lens.poly.com/docs/policy/csv-import#devices
The name is "device_groups", you have written "device_group". A missing "s".

Hi Dan,
Apologies, typo in my message, field does say "device_groups"
Tried again this morning and file is accepted okay but when checking Inventory for device the device groups are not displayed and a warning is given "There was an error loading the data: [GraphQL] Internal communication error"
Same issue on multiple Tenants.
