Hello,

Has anyone successfully configured a policy for limiting users to a specific version of Lens Desktop?

Here's how I configured it:

Manage → Device Users → Groups

Created a Device User Group named "Poly Lens Desktop 1.3.2".
Added all pilot users (about 87).

Manage → Policies → Device User Group

Selected my previously created group "Poly Lens Desktop 1.3.2" from the dropdown list.
It listed all users' devices, including Lens Desktop. I navigated to Lens Desktop to configure the settings. I went to 'Software Update', chose version 1.3.2, and applied it:

On Device User Group I can see that there is one setting configured for Lens Desktop:

It appears that everything is configured correctly, yet everyone is still prompted to update Lens Desktop.
The app displays the update prompt as follows:

FAQ

I have verified that we are on the proper tenant. All our accounts are visible under Device User Groups with a green status.
The policy was created about 3-4 days ago, so it should have been applied.
Restarting the application or laptop does not resolve the issue.
