We are looking at Poly Lens and we can not seem to find a way to setup our AlertInfo  Auto Answer for our devices.  In the documentation is says this:

But in the Poly Lens feature configurations there is no way to configure this functionality.

We also can not find any way to add custom provisioning information related to this.

 

We need to be able to add this:

<voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="4" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="Ring Answer" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.class="3" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.value="Auto Answer">
</voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo>

But we are unsure on how to do this

We are currently working with the Poly VVX250.

 

We just can't find any place in the polylens configurations to actually setup the appropriate settings that we could use the "Auto Answer" feature when adding the SIP header of Alert-Info=Auto Answer from our PBX.  This works on our older ip335, ipxxx series devices, and seems to work on the vvx250 devices as well if you can provision the following alertinfo settings...  But there does not seem to be any way to accomplish this with polylens?
