Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Guys,

I created  a Poly Lens workspace with the email address of my company.

I already integrated the SSO with our EntraID and is working.

On the Lens Integration when i Allow Access to:

Enable the Microsoft Entra ID (formally known as Microsoft Active Directory) Integration to claim your Office 365 tenancy. You must have Microsoft Admin privileges to accomplish this task.

I autorize with my global admin account but the process is in loop without enabling the integration.

If i go to Entra ID i see two new enterprise apps with granted privilegies.

Does anyone have this behavior?

Hello @RuiCatana, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for posting on the HP Poly Support Community.

We understand that you've successfully configured Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID, but the Poly Lens Cloud Microsoft Entra ID integration remains in a loop after granting Global Administrator consent. The fact that you can see the newly created Enterprise Applications and granted permissions in Entra ID suggests that the consent process is being completed, but the integration status is not being synchronized back to the Poly Lens portal.

Please try the steps provided below.

Verify Admin Consent Status

  • In Microsoft Entra Admin Center, navigate to Enterprise Applications and locate the Poly Lens applications that were created during the integration process.
  • Confirm that all requested permissions show Granted for Tenant and that no permissions remain in a pending state.

Use an InPrivate/Incognito Browser Session

  • Sign out of both Poly Lens and all Microsoft 365 accounts.
  • Open a private browser session and repeat the integration process.
  • This helps eliminate cached authentication tokens or stale browser sessions.

However, if the issue still persists we request that you reach out to our phone support team. They'll work with you one-on-one to get the issue sorted, possibly with some remote assistance magic.

1) Click on this link - Poly Support | HP® Support

2) Add or select the product, and change/select your region.

3) Enter the serial number of your device or select Let HP detect your product option.

4) Choose "other" option from the list

5) Select the "continue to contact" option.

You should see the HP Poly phone support number or chat option listed.

They will guide you further.

Have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.
