Hi,

We are going to install Poly Voyager 4310 headset in our company for all users.

I enabled the Entra ID integration and in my Entra ID applications I see "Poly Lens" and users logging in.

 

BUT, in my lens.poly.com I just see a couple of users.

There are 4 users, logged in in Desktop app with company 365 account that are not present in portal "device user" or in "inventory".
