Poly Voyager Focus UC2

Hello,

 

I have enrolled Poly Lens software with an enrollment token on a client so that we can configure the client's headset via Poly Lens Management. I also created a 'Device User Group' in Poly Lens Management and added this client with a Poly Voyager Focus UC2 Headset + BT700 Dongle. I have also created a policy for this group.

 

We want to enroll the Poly Lens software on multiple clients, add the clients to a 'Device User Group' so that the policies configured for that group are automatically applied to the clients.

The problem is that the policy configuration of this "Device User Group" is never been applied to the client? I know that individual settings have priority. But how can I FORCE the policy applied to a "Device User Group" after enrolling the Poly Lens Software?

 

Any help is appreciated!
