Hi,

I'm setting up for my company Poly Lens portal in order to manage all our headsets.

But I noticed that in device section 3 item are listed: BT700 (dongle), Voyager 4310 headset and Lens Deskop.

They are linked together but I see the private ip is associated only to Lens Desktop and the others have "Unknown".

 

I think every linked device should have the private ip of owner pc.

Try submitting this feedback through the feedback function in the lower right corner of poly lens. I've had success with getting fixes and improvements that way.
