Poly ZTP Cloud Service

We noticed yesterday that Poly Zero Touch redirect services stopped working and the Poly Zero Touch web GUI was down. We did check the status page and it looks like there is some sort of outage with this service:

While today has no new incident it looks like the major outage from 1/21/25 is still open as of today.

 

We can access the web GUI again and add new devices to the ZTP service but Poly IP phones without config in place will not redirect still. We also don't see that check in properly happening per the ZTP web portal as that device never checked in. It appears maybe the redirect portion of the service is still down even if the web portal has been restored.

 

Notably we also see the web portal has changed and appears to be a new system so I'm assuming to resolve that portion a new system was put in production, but there is still work needed to bring back up the redirect. Is that correct? Is there an ETA for restoral?

 

This particularly impacts new installs as existing already have our proper provisioning services setup, but that stops all new installations.

They were very aware. Looks like they got this to a loss of redundancy as of this morning. In field installs in production are working again and ZTP redirect services are restored along with the portal. All looks good. This is "resolved" for all intents and purposes. Thanks!
