I had an issue with my headset.  Right ear had the audio cutting out. I contacted support and was sent a label to ship it back. I did. This is where the crap begins. According to tracking, it was delivered a day later. I gave a week before reaching out. The word was we needed to wait for a response from the logistics team. I have since contact via chat and phone 5 times, over the last 3 weeks. Given case numbers, tracking numbers, and contact information multiple times. Nothing. This should be a simple thing for a company the size of HP. If it is lost, send a replacement. If it is being worked on, give an ETA. Now, I cannot even find the chat option on their website. As an IT leader, I cannot recommend any equipment from a company that doesn't support their product. I just need my headset!!!!
