Hi there!

 

We are using the Poly Savi 8200 Office series in our organization for over 5 years already. Back then, we started using Plantronic headsets which is now part of HP's portfolio. We use the headsets for our softphone application MicroSIP.

Over the years we started using more and more headsets. Currently we have 25 headsets in use. We do experience some issues sometimes that disrupt the connection, but after a firmware update everything is usually stable for a while.

 

This brings me to our problem. Owning 25 of these USB headsets makes updating the firmware a logistic challenge. We need to login to all 25 computers and manually update both the docking station and the headset. I'm wondering if we can centrally manage these headsets by using the Poly Lens cloud solution. So far I've been able to connect my own account to the Poly Lens Cloud via the Poly Lens Windows app, and I can see in the cloud application that there is an update available, but I can't push the update.

 

Is my request even possibile?
