Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Poly Lens keeps prompting me to update firmware.

Firmware updates repeated fail and then on the last attempt, the updates hangs.

The updating freezes and after than my unit was undetectable by the Windows 11 and Poly Lens.

Is there a way I can perform a hard reset and anyways to recover the the webcam?
