Hello there,

i got issues setting up the Poly solution correctly. For our users we got the Poly Lens Desktop App running on clients which should communicate with Poly Lens Manager - in fact they do communicate somehow. The .msi / install prmpt was configured an executed  using this parameters:

ACCEPT EULA=1

TENANTTOKEN=xxx

NODATA=0

NOUSERINFO=1

When i started opening my inventory (manage-inventory) i get a good overview whith all the components which are connected through a notebook running Poly Lens Desktop App. Unforttunately i am not able to add the devices like headsets, dongles or Lens Desktop Windows  Clients to the Device User Groups i created in policies (manage-policies-device user group). So, the created policies have no impact because they are not working. At the moment i can only edit the individual devices-policies. In fact, there's also a malfunction that the devices that are online and in use (e.g. Voyager Legend 50 + charge case) are shown as offline in inventory. Some days ago, online-offline devices where shown correctly.

Is there any workaround or support available to get this working, so that the devices are correctly shown in the Device User Group? There are about 8000 user for headsets and media technology that should use this solution - after Plantronics Hub is no more available.

Thank you.
