Plantronics Status Indicator
Microsoft Windows 11

The Plantronics Status Indicator Light worked fine under Classic Teams but not so much under New Teams.  Does Poly Lens worked with the device, it looks like the original drivers are last updated in 2020.

Thank you for posting your query.

I recommend you please switch back to the old teams, as they are compatible with the status indicator. Also, currently there are no firmware updates; however, you can install the Plantronics Hub from the link provided below, connect the status indicator to the PC, and check if the devices are visible on the Plantronics Hub.
