I recently tried to update PolyLens to the latest software. It would not install through Google Play. So I uninstalled the poly lens app, power cycle the phone and tried to reinstall. No Joy. I currently have Android 11 on a Motorola edge, probably 2021 vintage.

Motorola has the same advice in reverse, there's nothing wrong with the phone contact the provider of the headset. That having been said, I have tried clearing the cache, clearing the storage and trying to install in safe mode. The app will not be installed.

I request that you try installing and updating the software with your Android phone once again, as the Poly Lens application works on iPhone as well as the Poly Lens desktop application. @Sam_V

Thank you for your help, Meghana, still, no joy. I have tried repeatedly to install Poly Lens app on the Android phone, without success. I tried again at your request, and I get the same message: "Can't install Poly Lens Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem. "

As the Poly Lens application is free and can be downloaded from the Play Store, there are no such permissions that need to be allowed in Google Play. Kindly check your mobile phone settings if any settings need to be altered. @Sam_V
