Hi,
Running Poly Lens on MacOS 14.5 (Sonoma) to help control my 5200 UC and Blackwire 7225, and I have two issues.
- I have it set to run automatically at login, and each time it runs, I get a notification in the upper right telling me that the software is allowed to run in the background, which I have to manually close. Any other software set this way gives me a notification like this on the first login and never again.
- After the software runs, it says "Hello, Guest" as if I've never logged in. I'm able to log into my account, but on reboot, it does not save my credentials, forcing me to log in again.
I've tried multiple installs/uninstalls, tried messing with startup settings, etc. Nothing seems to fix either of these issues.

Hi @bass0profundo Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
As an alternative, please try using the Plantronics Hub. Below is the link.
Plantronics Hub: PLANTRONICS HUB FOR WINDOWS/MAC Product Information | HP® Support
Kindly install the Poly Lens application on a different PC and check if the credentials are saved.
If you need further support, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.

I can certainly try Plantronics Hub. What functionality do I lose, though, with it versus Poly Lens? Is there a doc somewhere that compares them?
I don't have a secondary Mac on which to try the lens software... only PCs, and I've had no issue on the PC side. My primary work machine is now a Mac, though.
