Poly Lens will not update and fails to update BT700, and the Voyager Focus 2 Series, multiple installs of Poly Lens and no joy what do I need to do to get this accomplished?  Do I need to load Poly software and try the update with that. Or is there a known fix?

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the BT700. I understand how important it is to have the device working properly, and I’m here to help you resolve this. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
 

  1. Kindly uninstall the Poly Lens application, then download and reinstall it from the link below to see if that resolves the issue.
  2. If possible, try installing the application on a different PC and check if the BT700 is functioning correctly.
  3. If the issue persists, as an alternative, you can install the Plantronics Hub application using the link below.
     

If the problem still isn’t resolved, I would recommend reaching out to our HP Support team. Our support engineers will be able to assist you further. You can contact HP Support by clicking on the following link.
