HP Recommended

I'm trying to connect RPM between my Moto Z (OS Android 7.0) using AT&T 4G LTE and an HDX 4000 on WiFi.  The HDX uses no gatekeeper.  When I connect with H.323, I get audio/video from my phone on the HDX but neither from the HDX on my phone.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
