Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A
macOS 12.0 Monterey

If I have my Voyager Focus UC in the charging cradle it will connect to Poly Lens (battery at 100%). The moment I take it off the cradle it disconnects from Poly Lens. I made sure that I'm on the newest version of the software by checking for updates. Says I'm on Software Version 1.2.0.  Is there a setting that I need to choose to keep it from disconnecting everytime I actually want to use my headset??

Hello Thelland, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Please note that even if the Poly Voyager Focus UC gets disconnected from the Poly Lens application once removed from the charging cradle, the headset should work as it is supposed to, however just connect the USB adapter to the PC and pair the headset and the USB to the PC. Once done you will hear pairing successful on the headset which means the headset is connected to the PC and can be used as usual.
