Using Scanner, A/S Chart No.2 Letter – Part # JC68-02475A

Enter Service Mode

  • From Control Panel, Select SUPPORT TOOLS and SERVICE
  • Enter the Service PIN ID
    • E876xx      04087617
    • E825xx      04082517
    • E778xx      04077817
    • E725xx      04072517

 

  • Select SERVICE TOOLS

  • Select DIAGNOSTICS

  • Select ADJUSTMENTS>SCAN AREA ADJUSTMENTS>AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT – SCAN GLASS
  • Using your Scanner, A/S Chart – Note the lead edge arrows point to the side of the scanner glass
  • Press OK and unit scan begins – the new values are saved to the unit

 

For an GX/Flow Model ADF

 

Enter the Service Mode

 

  • From Control Panel, Select SUPPORT TOOLS and SERVICE
  • Enter the Service PIN ID
    • E876xx      04087617
    • E825xx      04082517
    • E778xx      04077817
    • E725xx      04072517

 

  • Select SERVICE TOOLS

  • Select DIAGNOSTICS

  • Locate Scanner A/S Chart
  • Place Scanner A/S Chart in the Flow ADF Tray
  • Press OK – Scan begins, and the system will automatically apply new value

Where does one get the calibration chart?

This can be ordered through GCSN.

The part # for the test chart kit is X3A92-67925.
