E72525
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a customer with (6) E72525 LaserJet printers. After upgrading to FS 5.1, I have had one device break the exit gate twice (part JC90-01118B). The first time I thought it was just related to a paper jam from the fuser. They run almost exclusively 11x17. Now that has happened a second time, I have tried to do some further troubleshooting. The device throws a 13.E1.D1 error message. None of these devices have ever had a finisher installed. I ran the exit gate motor test, the fuser motor test, and the output bin full sensor test, all of which performed normally. I have installed a new exit gate and a new fuser, but the problem persists. See photos below. The paper passes registration fine, enters the fuser and accordian folds in the fuser exit area because the exit rollers in the exit gate appear to not be engaging. I would like to know if anyone else has seen this problem. None of the other devices have this issue (yet)

I did attempt a partial clean and pushed the firmware a second time to no effect. I'm assuming I would need to replace the DC controller. I would like to also know if the white double male connector which connects the exit gate plug to the DC controller plug is available. I have rarely had these plugs go bad, but it has happened. Since this site is an hour drive and a really good MPS customer, I'd like to have all parts on hand for the second trip. Anyone have a suggestion for a part number for the double male plug that sits on the chassis as a pass thru? photo of exit gate plug not included as permission denied from pasting more pics.

replaced main PCA board and connecting formatter cable (cable was the wrong one, but had already ordered it so why not?)

Here is the CPMD ref for that error code, the paper type is set to plain, they run 11x17, tray settings are correct, and there is no inner finnisher or external finisher with bridge unit

13.E1.Dz
Paper delay jam. The front end of the paper fails to reach the IPTU entrance sensor. The "z" indicates the type of paper that the printer is currently set to print on.
The output destination (output flag is missing or sensor is bad)NOTE:This error might be caused when the 1st exit is missing the output flag because it was set up for an inner finisher or an output device/bridge and they are missing or unplugged.
Once installed, the finisher or bridge cannot be remove without reinstalling the bin full actuator and run the printer without them.
During installation, retain the actuator for later use.
13.E1.D1 - Paper type set to AutoSense

**changing shot in the dark parts throw to fuser motor exit drive or LVPS pending further research and theory**
