I have tried this method and it will not let me go any further.
Can I by pass this or should I just replace Hard drive?
- Turn the printer ON .
- Press the HP logo that displays in the middle of the screen when you see the “1/8” under the logo.
- Press the Down arrow button to highlight Administrator, and then press the OK button. Will not let me go passed Administrator button. I'm Locked out. I am ready to just replace hard drive will that work?
- Press the Down arrow button to highlight Partial Clean, and then press the OK button.
- Press the OK button again.
- Press the Back button once to highlight Continue, and then press the OKbutton.
