Z6610

Hello, We have a client asking us for advice on this.  It is a fairly odd issue.  Client is printing templates and schematics.  First, plain paper.  Then Mylar.  Here's the odd issue:  Same design, same driver, (for example) one template may have a design where the outline is 35".   They switch out the paper to Mylar and the same exact image is now 34 1/2" wide.  Back to paper, back to 35".  Mylar, 34.5"  I don't know the Z6610 well enough to offer an explanation.  Ideas?

Edit:  This started when the users upgraded to the 300' Mylar rolls.  But now it does it will all the Mylar rolls.
