Is HP sure they want to shut down CSN Technical Information?
WISE has not responded so many times lately that I am somewhat concerned about relying on it, a few minutes ago I could not get it to open, just retried and it worked.
CSN worked without issues.

WISE is back down, guess I'll have to do my homework Monday...
It's been erratic for me for a while, sometimes it works , sometimes I get the error:

Just some general research, I'm leaving the office in about 10 minutes, and hopefully won't think about PCs and Printers too much over the weekend...

I have had fewer issues with WISE than CSN after 20 years of dealing with both HP and Compaq. I will be glad when they finally shoot the old cow that is CSN.
