HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

So, I bought HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 yesterday, and I noticed that ink is not flowing into the printer's hose. The print quality is getting bad as I continue to print as I believe the ink in the printhead is reducing. I think my printer needs the priming process again. Can anyone suggest how to allow ink to flow into my printer?

@Mathavan

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

I understand that black and color ink is not printing, I am glad to assist you.

Run the printhead cleaning utility using the HP Software

  • Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software applications, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.
  • HP Printer Assistant opens.
  • On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.
  • Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Ink Cartridges.

I have done it multiple times but I have no progress on it. I think the cartridges needs primming process again. Can you help me on informing how to prim the inks again into the cartridges?
