How to fix a e2 error on hp 4152

Hi,

Please remove any paper from the tray and close the input tray down and move the paper width guide to the left

 

Now open the paper tray, ensure it is fully expended , load the paper to the right and align the paper with the paper width guide from the left, then check for any difference:

 

Now check for any difference and let us know how it goes, for my experience incorrectly loading the paper into the tray may cause E1 or E2 errors as a result, if the same persists be sure to verify the paper settings as well, please consult below support document:
