Product: Envy 5640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
During a print job, my HP Envy 5640 stopped printing and gave the following error message: Ink Cartridges Problem" Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctlyinstalled, and hten touch OK. After checking the cartridges, cleaning them, and turning the printer off and on several times the error did not get resolved. I have just bought new - original - cartridges but the problem still persists.
There has been an earlier thread on this topic but the suggested "HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge" has not resolved my problem either.
Any help to resolve this frustrating problem is appreciated.
