HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer will not print blue ink. I followed HP's instructions and unplugged the printer from the wall and disconnected the plug from the printer. Then, replugged it in. Also, cleaned print heads. The ink cartridge is full. Blue ink will not print. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet Printer will not print blue ink.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Mostly the printhead may have gone bad or the cyan cartridge is not good. If the old cyan cartridge has ink and still doesn't print then it's probably not the cartridges. 
  • I recommend you to reach our HP phone support to explore that hardware service options for your printer.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
