Hp Officejet pro 8020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, (not sure if i chose the correct "board" for this issues but i wasn't sure which one would be best)

I have a Hp Officejet Pro 8020 and im trying to change the ink cartridge but i cant open the access door.

Following the instructions in this - https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8020-all-in-one-printer-series/24208622/docume...

i can open the "front door" but i cant lift the ink cartridge access door. It almost seems like it locked or something on the left side.

i don't want to force it but i really have no idea what to try to fix this issue,

Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to lift the access door and change the cartridge, I am glad to assist you.

Apply some force and try to lift the access door as mentioned in step 1 in this HP document:- Click here

Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.

Opening the printer doors

Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

Let me know how it goes.
