Hello all,

if i print up to approximately 30 pages with the pagewide 477dw i have no problems. But if i print more the characters on the right site of the paper are damaged.

Does anybody knows wht i can do to solve this problem?

Hello,

thank you for your help. I testet these points step by step but the  problem still exist. 

As i said.

I print up to twenty pages and everything is okay. Quality is good.

And after that  the last caracters are unreadable.

Example:

Line 1 : 12345678910

Line 2 : 1234567891

Line 3 : 1234567891

and so on..
