Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to determine what part to replace if a print job leaves black streaks down the page approx 1 inch from both sides. This is a cleaning page but normal print jobs still show the streaks but fainter. See imagehp streaks.jpg

First step is to try a different toner cartridge. Also examine the fuser unit to see if there is any damage to it. Open the back door and you will see 2 blue handles on a black bar at the top of the printer. That is the fuser and you can pull it out and examine the rollers (caution it is hot after printing).
