I am trying to refill the toner on my Neverstop Laser with a 143AD cartridge (not the 143A). The cartridge will not turn 180 degrees.
When the cartridge is inserted into the Reload Portl, the Reload Status Light flashes orange, and the Toner Level Indicator shows that there is only a little toner left. Note that there is no +1 or +2 on the indicator.
The Imaging Drum Light is not on and the unit has printed only 5539 pages.
The Configuration Report reads under Supplies Summary "One Reload Possible with Same Toner Kit. Order 143A."
Any help would be appreciated.

@Melor
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

I purchased a two pack of toner 143AD. The first cartridge would not turn 180 degrees. I tried the second cartridge and it did turn and I pushed the plunger. However, the toner indicator continued to show the lowest level. When I printed, a lower toner message displayed on my screen.
I then bought a 143A and it turned 180 degrees. The toner indicator light did not increase.but at least, I'm not getting a message to say that the toner is low.
The toner level in HP Smart does not have any reading.
Thia is dispiriting. I cannot tell how much toner is in the printer.
